I have been a loyal airtel customer for last 12 years (Mobile and Broadband). Because of that goodwill I purchased the Airtel Dish TV last month, but that was the worst decision I ever made. I had purchased an airtel HD Recording set top box and its been HELL since it was installed last month. I pai...d extra for the recording box. Changing a channel is a hurricane task and after a button press, it takes 10-15 seconds for the channel to change. Many times it shows ''Connection not available''. The customer care is stupid and say that slowness is normal for HD Recording boxes. I have called up Tata Sky today and will get it installed ASAP and throw this damm airtel box and dish in dustbin...Read More
