@ nabilshaikh007 - you seem to have the WORLDS ISSUES with LOOP MOBILE. Loop claim(ed) to be MUMBAI's NON STOP NETWORK - it was this, at least for 2G. It did nothave 3G as it chose not to offer 3G services, as it had other priorities (such as launch of LOOP TELECOM etc across the country). OTHE...R ISSUES - Gallery Staff etc are simply 'What you pay is what you get' - like each customer is segmented - basis Prepaid, Postpaid, as well as low ARPUR / high ARPU etc... this is common in telecom, as a Prepaid Customer (low value) and Postpaid (PLATINUM with 2.5K billing) I experience this with Bharti Airtel as well. ROAMING - when it behave(d) 'Vulgar' you need to get your PHONE to behave - as LOOP MOBILE did not have operations outside Mumbai it relied on OTHER NETWORKS (tieups existed with Aircel, Idea, Vodafone and even Tata Docomo (here in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana)... as far as ROAMING PACKS are concerned - I used my LOOP MOBILE with free incoming @ Rs 50 per month - from Apr - Nov 29, 2014 (last date of Loop). I am not a Loop advocate - just believe in getting the facts correctly presented.Read More

Just because Loop Mobile is shutting down (and we are all well aware that their license has expired / not renewed due to a deal with Bharti Airtel which fell through) does not make them into a 'criminal practise' organisation.... BE FAIR AND DONT POST JUNK.

2013 - things have changed, drastically!! NETWORK: COVERAGE - I get full signals @ Home (Malkajgiri) however Calls get blank / dropped ... any time of the day, any day!! PER SECOND BILLING - charges 1p/sec have been increased to 1.5p/sec !! Or 60p/min is now 90p/min GPRS/EDGE - usage on mo...bile gets disconnected every 15 min (if left IDLE) or 30 min (if download/upload in progress). SMS SERVICES - now on has to pay 1p/sms (Tata Network) or 5 TIMES that (Non Tata Docomo network) Read More

Missed Calls are missed calls ... someone tried to call you (and got a BEEP BEEP) NETWORK BUSY ... how can it show on your phone ? GPRS (2G/3G) will get disconnected after 15-30 min of non-usage. Its a part of Tata Docomo policy to ensure you dont misuse (by staying connected). So OTHERS can get... access to their network !!! CUSTOMER CARE: Like Airtel, Voda - Tata Docomo also has a LIMIT of calls to their CC - so people (like you) who call up for many things (MCA, GPRS, etc etc) will be STOPPED from blocking the CC channels (and other 'genuine' customers) can get through.Read More

Nothing is 'Unlimited' - if you have used for multiple numbers then its very likely you have done some mischief (Credit Card, Personal Loan etc.) promotion. If you are a NORMAL USER (and call just a few people) - even a lot of minutes - they will NOT Bar you ... I have several friends using for PERS...ONAL USE (ie few numbers but lots of calls) and NONE OF THEM have been barred.Read More

All operators activate VAS without the customers consent, this is nothing in whcih Tata Docomo is a Pioneer. Highest rate in Reliance followed by Airtel and Vodafone. you dont want VAS activated - go for BSNL (which is why they are a loss-making organisation as well).

Its a well known fact: 15 min IDLE disconnection and 30 min ACTIVE disconnection ... if you want 'Night' usage then go for an E-Stick (AIrtel, Idea, Voda all offer).

Lawrence & Mayo have really IMPROVED their service offerings (at least here in Hyderabad): I visited the same Store (Park Lane, Secunderabad) last month on a Saturday 11am, and requested them to have my new Spectacles ready by Monday 5pm. It was a really pleasant surprise when they called me on Satu...rday (Same Day) and informed the Order was ready !!!
