The people sitting at customer care do not know English well, probably they speak in Hebrew or Latin which I do not know. no one is able to answer the query nor they will transfer the call to their Team Leader. I have started collecting name of these dumb people and whenever I hear 'I am so and so......' if it is a known name I disconnect the phone and dial again. Till today my problem has not been solved as in day time line is not available and at night time idiots are handling customer care phone.Read More

Please have a test drive of the vehicle. I have driven both GXi and I-Vtec model. there is hell and heaven difference between two. on cosmetics some you are looking yester year technology some with present/future. yes the previous vehicle was CVT on iDSL (not Vtec). there were couple of problems in that vehicle and I had to go for a replacement. Thanks for your observation
