The solution to your problem is that use call divert facility of your phone. Divert calls of SIM 1 to SIM 2 (select when not reachable option) and divert calls of SIM 2 to SIM 1. Activate call waiting of both the sim. Your problem is solved so now when you get any call you will get call waiting.
