Eureka Forbes once was very good in its services and had good products. It has deteriorated to unimaginable low standards. I have a vacuum cleaner which awaits service for around 2 years now. No body has turned up from this Company even after repeated reminders. Highly undependable indeed.

I have also taken an AMC from Vivek paying Rs.8000/-. Problem for my AC was reported on 4/2/2013. Viveks Technician identified gas leak on 5/2/2013. The AC was taken for repairs after 20 days and returned with a turn around time of over a month for ( 2 ACs) . Concurrently a problem was reported... for my Inverter and is still with them under repairs although I got a call informing that the Inverter is ready. Promised delivery date was a week back. Over and above Vivek , if at all necessary, has to charge only the cost of materials incurred for repairs. But usually they charge the commercial rate of repair in the market like around Rs.1200/-( Do not remember the exact amount) for gas filling for a normal AC and commercial repair charges for other gadgets. As per experience till now, I feel that there is no value for the money spent.Read More

We were planning to buy a Fiat Linea emotion Diesel for my brother as we had some feed back that their new version is a good car. I also felt similar and wrote a review as detailed below One of the major points of discredit in the business transaction process by Mahindra on its XUV is its unholy involvement in providing insurance to its customers. Many a places the dealers make it mandatory that the insurance should be proc...ured through them. In Chennai they did not insist on a binding on insurance transaction, however they made it clear that there will not be any cashless settlement unless done through them. We would like to point out that Mahindra is a Giant in its automobile technology and we wish to see them excel in their performance there. If at all Mahindra involve in Insurance, on their vehicles, it should be as a supportive process and a service. The customers should benefit out of the same, rather than paying a premium 30 to 40% more than what is available in the market. No doubt, many Automobile Manufacturers in this country involve in such unholy practice and the IRDA acts blissfully unconcerned. I feel that the Chairman of Mahindra, himself has to involve in this and set the organizational values conducive to its customer interest. Read More
