Sir/Madam Thanks for solving my problem. I have activated my demat account at last. Now I do not have any grievances/complaint against any of the employee of the Kotak Securities. Mr. Ranbir who opened my account has also liaised with me for correcting my email ID and I appreciate his effor...ts. But of course it was harassment to me which I did not expected from Kotak securities. Further, I want to forget all past problems and look for a better tie up with Kotak Securities and Kotak Bank. I am still waiting for the solution. Once again I have submitted physical copy of my PAN card and a request letter for change of my email ID and forward of password but till date I did not get anything not even any assurance from the company. I don't know how much time company require for making a s...mall correction and after how many months I will be able to start my demat account which I applied on 21 Oct 2010.Read More

My problem has not yet been solved. Today on 10.12.10 again I have handed over a copy of my PAN and a request letter to the representative of the company who opened my demat account. I am waiting for the fulfilment of the assurances being given by the executives of the company.

After receiving response from Kotak Securities Limited on my review I have once again mailed scanned copy of my PAN and email ID to ks.escalation@kotak.com. I have already mailed the copy of my PAN and mail ID three times to Kotak securities. Once I have handed over physical copy of my PAN to Mr. Ra...nbir Singh, rep of the company who contacted me for opening my account in Kotak Securities and Kotak Bank.
