Tradus.com online shoping company is irresponsible sends defective/damaged items Order No.6405319 dt

I ordered two (2) car vacuum cleaners with emergency light and I received both the vacuum cleaners on 26 Nov 2012. After opening the packets I found that one vacuum cleaner is completely damaged and not working and other one having very loud noise and also emergency light is not working. Even it is


not sucking the dust. I was not satisfied with the items immediately on the same day I requested via mail to [email]Indiamall8@gmail.com[/email] and [email]Tradusmall@gmail.com[/email] which was written on the invoice (Order No.6405319 dt 22 Nov 2012) received by me to arrange to collect back these items from me and refund the amount I paid for these items at the earliest. I talked to Mr Afroz on 9540810574 seller phone number given on invoice and advised to contact for any query and as advised by him I sent photographs of both the damaged vacuum cleaners I have received. since then I daily used to send a reminder mail but nobody is there to listen. After so many reminders and calls I received a mail to send back the damaged items to them and they will replace. I again replied that I want my money back as per your policy but again I did not get any reply. I visited the vender's address given on the invoice as "IndiaMall, 112 T-Huts, OUTRAM LANE, Kingsway Kamp, GB Nagar, Delhi but I did not found any Office or shop at the address instead some other institute was running at that address. They have given fake address on the invoice. I immediately contacted on 9540810574 Mr. Afroz told me that you should have called me before coming I am not available there and that is not our shop we do not have any office or shop we do our business from a JHUGGI, we get the items from Nehru Place and do the packing in our JHUGGI and send the same to the address given by the Tradus.com. For any query or replacement or refund you have to go to Tradus.com. I tried their (Tradus.com) phone Nos.91.124.6749000 and 18002006262 several times but unable to contact them. Even they are not responding my email.


I did not expected this type of irresponsibility or fraud from a huge and reputed company like Tradus for a small amount of Rs434/-. I have sent several mails to Tradus and their vendor IndiaMall but they do not care for their customer from whom they have already collected money.


Now I am forced by the Tradus.com and their vendor IndiaMall to post my grievances on this platform and request owner of the company or any senior executive of the company if anybody read this mail to do their best for refund of my money as I reported the damage within 24 hours of receiving of the product as per their policy. This kind of act is only damaging their reputation and not earning anything.
