I did my 6 month servicing at baner showroom. Although service was good without paying any penny, I was annoyed due to 3 hours late delivery. Its true that they are not as active as competitors in service area. Its mainly because less numbers service stations against too many ca...rs on road. I have purchased SPARK about month ago. I am happy with my purchase except mileage. I am getting 12km/ltr with ac on in city. You have got maximum mileage. Can give me some tips of driving. Also, Is there any chance to improve mileage after 1st service (1000km/ 1month). Plz. do reply.

Thanks for so nice review. These type of reviews helped me lot to buy SPARK. I have brought my SPARK LS on 24th Aug. 2010.
Till now I have crossed 300km. As per manual when one bar blinks at lower frequency, it indicates 4L in tank. With my calculations mileage comes around 12...km/Ltr (with A/C). Although I do not have any previous driving experience, I feel that, I have drived car in proper manner so far. Is this mileage in early days good? Will there be any improvements after servicing?
As per your suggetion, I will never drive more than 80km/hour. I hope that I would get better mileage.

Your review regarding spark is helpful for me while many other were discouraging for buy it. I am living in pune. I might purchase spark LS. I hope that It would give simillar mileage as yours. But I am more doubtful about service after sale. Since there are less service centers. Are s...ervice centers in pune (pashankar and shreyans) good enough to provide good service?

Very good review from avipreet. Since I am new in this field, it is worth for me.
For my budget I had only options of Alto, wagnor, santro, and spark.
I have not yet purchased but might purchase Spark LS
By reading so many reviews and with my choice, I am concluding here,
Alto: Pros: best... service and mileage Cons: less space inside
Wagnor: Pros: spacious, best service and mileage Cons: Boxy design, too common on road, new design too big from outside
Santro: Pros: spacious, best service Cons: too common on road
Spark: Pros: spacious, and still looks smaller from ouside, best interior, smooth engine, value for money car
Cons: My only worry is Service after sale. There are very less dealers and service centers available in pune. I am not getting positive feedback / review from any. But complains are many. I wish GM motors do good buisness in india and should
bring more service centers.Read More
