So, I got a call today from flipkart, and they tried to defend themselves saying pictures available on the products of electronic items are appropriate and there is no way to show exact Images...
My point is if you are giving inappropriate info about the product because of the technology issue or... whatever and if there is no way you can fix it.. you are actually cheating on people and you have no right to do so.. unless flipkart doesn’t find a solution to fix this, my suggestion is to stop selling products were you end up misguiding customers.
Secondly, I tried to convey them, that If i would have purchased same product from an outlet/shop, I would never have been today into this situation, I would have got an option to actually see the product before purchasing.. So, if flipkart claims to be best, what is the best about it. Don’t you ’’customers’’ think that an outlet is a better option than buying online?Read More
