-I ordered the fridge on 30 March, 2013.
-Delivery was done on 3rd April(Wednesday) (Girias sucks with delivery service here).
-As per instruction on fridge user manual I kept the fridge on for 24 hours.
-After 24 hours, the freezing was not working.
-I contacted Godrej customer care on Saturday, 6th April.
-The technician from Godrej came to me on Sunday, 7th April.
-He recognized the problem and mentioned the fridge will be replaced by Tuesday, 9th April.
-Today, its 11th and I have been calling this technician and his boss, all these days, but I haven’t got the replacement yet.
