This is a common scene everywhere. Most of the MNC's customer care is same like this.I dont know from where they select customer care executives and who train them. In my opinion they anly teach to mislead the customer and end the call.

I have the same experience with castrol Bike Zone. My bike is 5 years old but when ever it comes out from CBZ after servicing it looks like a new one. Even they dont overcharge you. If they need to change something and you are not present they will call and consult you.
