I hired Brick & Bolt(CRN681651) to build a multi-storey apartment complex. I chose them because they are a corporate company and I expected professionalism, time management, and smooth handling of my project since I live outside India.
Prices were already on the higher side compared to other contractors, but I still signed. After adding extra sqft, the revised quote was shockingly higher, and the discounts offered were negligible.
Scheduled calls were missed repeatedly, despite my clear communication about my time zone.
When I raised concerns, the sales manager told me they have hundreds of projects and dont care if I walk away. That is not how any company should treat a paying customer.
The architect was slow to respond and ignored my last message completely.
Based on this experience, I have decided to terminate the project and move forward with other vendors who are more competitive and professional.
I strongly recommend everyone NOT to consider Brick & Bolt for their construction agreement. If you value professionalism, respect for your time, and transparent pricing, look elsewhere.
