I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Brick & Bolt. If you're considering hiring them for construction, think twice! Here’s why:
1?? No Work Done: Despite taking the money, they failed to complete the project. Weeks passed, and there was no progress!
2?? Poor Quality Work: The little work they did was substandard and far from professional. If you care about quality, stay away from them!
3?? No Refunds: Even after failing to deliver, they refused to return my money. They make false promises but don’t honor their commitments.
4?? No NOC Provided: They are deliberately holding back the No Objection Certificate(NOC), making it difficult for me to move forward with another builder.
?? CRN No: [CRN403456] – My case has been completely mishandled, and Brick & Bolt has failed to take responsibility.
Their customer service is a joke – no proper responses, only excuses! This company is highly unprofessional and unethical. I am taking legal action, but I want to alert others so that no one else falls into their trap.
