Don't ever go to this company. I have enquired with them for house construction and after listening to their stories, paid them 75, 000 as advance amount before 2 months as they said I will get some discount and price lock if I pay it within 48 hours. They have given assurance that they will give 100% refund if no work is done for house construction like soil test, digital survey or proper design.
Till today we have not started any work for our project.
Now after enquiring personally with multiple clients and seeing their bad reviews, We have decided not to contruct our house with them.
I have sent official mail to all their team members, sent messages and called multiple persons. No one has responded till now neither acknowledged my request.
Forget about their construction quality or process, if they are not responding to customer mails or calls, how can we trust whether they are genuine company. Don't go by the 5 star reviews in google. Check with real customer feedback and decide.
