Zoomcar.in = Fraudcar.in (Hence Prooved). Review on Zoom Cars

There is no doubt now that Zoom car company is changed into Fraud car company. This is the second time I've got scammed by these people. My friend Imran recommended my for Zoomcar four months back. We were going to jaipur and we booked Innova for the same. When we saw the car in images that was looking like its a new car. But when we saw a car upfront it was a car with so many dents and meter readind was more than 1.5 Lacs. But as we ready for our tried we decided to go with the same car. Along with that timing for trip was 7.00 AM But Driver reached us at 8.30 AM with an excuse of traffic Jam. I dont where he stuck in Jam on Sunday Morning. Car was epic as it was not good in any manner. I don't know why driver was in so hurry to return. I think zoomcar served people in the beginning but now they don't een think about customer satisfaction. As per me it is a time to leave zoomcar as an option for cars. And same happened when we booked zoomcar for Nainital Trip. Very bad experience twice. I'll never book zoomcar in the future.
