I had applied for Broadband connection on 26-Dec-2014 and paid issued cheque. On 30-Dec-2014 in the morning I received the call from a person who was in hurry, he mentioned that there is no feasibility and asked me to collect the cheque back. I promptly called my bank and requested stop payment for the cheque issued. Informed the same with the customer support. reference number: xxxxxx. After 3:00 PM someone visits my residence and installs the broadband connection.
I informed the customer support about the installation, stop payment instructions. The CSR mentioned that he will arrange for the collection of the cheque on the same day or next day. It is 5 days since I have been calling every day without any response.
Now I have decided not to go with You Broadband connection. I am Very HAPPY.
