I have been a user of You Broadband since a long time. I had to choose this brand literally because no other broadband service was providing High Speed Internet at such a low price.
Although the packages are cheap, the service is awful. I subscribed for an Internet plan that promised to deliver 3 Mbps Of browsing speed, 1Mbps of uploading and downloading speeds . Unfortunately the speeds keeps on fluctuating . I never really got those promised speeds .Speeds are as low as 200 Kbps.
The customer service team is rude and they simply do not care about their customers. They are not well trained and takes an absolute age to resolve a single issue.
It was a mistake to subscribe to this brand . I totally feel that I have wasted my money buying their plans.I absolutely do not recommend this broadband service.
