Internet speed is not bad. I am using this boardband for 3 months. I observed that at the first month of using this Internet the speed was 60 MBPS as mentioned in the papers and my package but after one month the speed of Internet getting slower day by day this is ridiculous because I paid for 3 months package which comes with 300 GB and 60 MBPS speed for 3 months in just rupees 1247. But my Internet speed is getting slower day by day then I give complaint to the service and supporters of this broadband and they clear the issue with the Internet speed. After repairing the modem again after one month I got this situation again.
The connection reliability is not good if you're thinking that Internet speed is fast in this boardband? because it doesn't work as you expected it works slower and we have to give complaint to the service provider and they respond to our issue in 48 hours. So we have to wait for the 2 days for using back the Internet. That's really not good and this is the only problem with the You broadband Internet.
Service and support is very poor and very bad also there respond to our issue in 48 hours means they take time for the 2 days for repairing the issue what we got it sometimes they doesn't even response to our issue until we call back them. If the Internet is not working then will call to the customer care and saying that Internet is not working so they said that use the app for the any technical issues when there is a Internet problem then how can I use the app to for the technical support? Not only this there are many issues with this broadband and service support is very poor in this Boardband.
I personally recommend you to go for the another product which is more secure and genuine Internet connection which have good service provider and support.
