They never stop working for you!. Review on Verizon Wireless Mobile Operator

I have been a customer with Verizon Wireless for six years going on seven. I chose this service because of their great network coverage and the convenience of being able to change my plan whenever I want and not having to worry about the excess charge on overage of minutes. I was previously with another wireless carrier and what a horrible experience I had with them. Verizon's Customer Service is outstanding. I had received my bill where I had roaming charges up to $300 worth. This is when they switched to their new America's Choice network plans which means we can roam free in their network across the country without being charged. Apparently, I didn't update my phone which was causing all of the roaming charges. Customer Service had me dial *228 to update my roaming capabilities, they credited all the roaming charges. I received my next month's bill and I had no roaming charges. I love how their Customer Service always listens to me, then are able to fix my problem right at that moment on my first call. When I was with my previous wireless carrier, I noticed I had gone over my minutes, I called their Customer Care Dept they said no problem they would change my price plan. I received my bill that month, come to find out my plan wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle. What I love with Verizon Wireless is that you can check your estimated usage of minutes before your billing cycle ends, and if you go over your minutes, you can change your price plan and it will take effect that same billing cycle. I also love Verizon's VCast Music, I can preview music before I download it and I can also put it on my computer for no cost. I listen to my phone's music at work, it's like a mini radio. If you're looking for a wireless carrier, I would highly recommend Verizon Wireless. No long wait calling Customer Service, they handle your problem or inquiry the first time you call, great coverage around the nation, few dropped calls (I rarely experience it), great phones available, all around superior Customer Service.
