25) Buffalo Soldier. (Bob Marley)I can see that look on all your faces. Well

yes, this is one of my favs. Ever tried blasting this song while you drove

through the highways?? Singing along...try it once.....

24) I will be there for youThe theme music for the series friends.

Period.

23) There is no excuse my friend for

breaking my heart (MLTR)I am a real fan of Michael Learns to Rock that

I love almost every song ever sung by them. So it’s very one hard to pick a

favourite but I guess this one would definitely stand out although I never felt

that I could relate my feelings to this song.

22) Viva ForeverLove the magical tone of the song, the

mystic picturisation and the beautiful voices that add life to it.

21) Seasons in the sun (West Life)The pop number that was always a childhood

favourite for me.

20) To the moon and back (Savage Garden)The story of an insecure woman searching

for love, beautifully composed, yet more beautifully sung, Savage Garden makes

it one of the most romantic songs they have ever made after Truly Madly Deeply

of course

19) Living Next Door to Alice (Smokey)I love this song. Especially the chorus

part.

18)Lemon TreeA cute sweet song by Fool’s Garden. With a

hint of loneliness.

17)Never Ever(All Saints)I love this song, probably one of the best

break up songs ever. Every sentence is something everyone asks after they get

dumped without any particular reason

16)I am no superman(Lazlo Bane)The theme music of scrubs and love this song.

It is philosophy of life simplified. Period.

15)Love story(Taylor Swift)It’s like a

beautiful love story  ina song(sometimes I feel it goes like a children’s rhyme)

still a lovely song.

14)I have a

dream(Abba)The most

wonderful lyrics I have heard, the song inspires me and talks rightly about me

who believes in the fairy tales and is always ready to think about a better day

tomorrow.

13)Love is

Blind(Ramzi ft. Ash King)Half Lebanese

Half American Ramzi has the magic, I can say it. It’s a beautiful song and the Arab

and Hindi add the twist or that extra spice to the song...take a look.

12)Six Days

the Remix(OST – The Tokyo Drift)Everyone who

has seen this movie will never forget the song the movie begins with, the one

that plays while the protagonist begins his day. I love the song for the lyrics

and do believe it when the song goes on to say “when tomorrow comes , it is

always too late.

11)Unwritten

(Natasha Bedingfield)First of all

she looks like the pretty miss sunshine and her songs too reflect that sunshine

and is bright with enthusiasm and the lyrics of this song make it a favourite

for me. Everyone might knows this song as the official tone of Pantene.

“Feel the

rain on your skin, No one else can feel it for you

Only you can

let it in, No one else

No one else

can speak the words on your lips....”

10)Truly Madly

Deeply (Savage Garden)

One of the

most romantic songs I have ever heard. It just makes me feel so weak at the

knees.

9)Right here

waiting for you(Richard Marx)A wonderful

voice to begin with, a beautiful singer and a yet more beautiful passionate

song. Who can resist it?

8)The Way you

look tonight (Frank Sinatra)Old old old

song...but the lyrics are so beautiful that I wish this song to be played every

valentine’s day. the song’s about love a real true love that age with the age

or get any lesser by the wrinkles on the face.....

7)Everything

I do I do it for you(Bryan Adams)The lyrics

say it all, the love for the other one, the yearning for them, the hurt that I

caused by the very person avoiding the love struck heart... listen to it once

and you shall never forget the song ever.

6)We are

going to be friends(The White Stripes)Reminds me of

my school days, the fun I used to have without a care in the world. The games,

teachers, silly games everything.... it brings a smile on my face....

5)My

Immortal(Evanescence)So I hate

metal bands. Then what is a metal band doing in my list? The song is different.

It’s a very slow soft number that expresses effectively the pain of losing

someone. And doesn’t it always hurt when the one you love most says he would

leave but would linger around...the song’s all about that...it’s a beautiful

song and hence the name in the list. The lyrics are beautiful.

4)Unbreak

this heart(Toni Braxton)Everyone has

been through this phase, get dumped then end up in your bed room among the

pillows crying and wishing he would come back and take the pain all away. The

song’s beautiful and Toni does justice to the song as her voice renders life

and feeling to the song.

3)You are

beautiful (James Blunt)Every woman

wishes this song to be sung for her. A sweet and a great heart stealer.

2)Cant help

falling in love(Elvis Presley)Without the

king of music?? Never... the song is so romantic that I at any moment shall

fall head over heels for the one, you don’t even have to sing ...the lyrics are

plainly enough....sigh!!!

1) Rule the

world (Take that)Theme song of

star dust...... again something that every woman would find rocking romantic.

Oh did I just

reach number one??? But I can’t stop this post because my most favourite songs

still remain...so those two here goes

2) Total

Eclipse of the heart----- Bonnie TylerEvery time I

hear this song, I cry, I don’t know it has so much pain in it that you can feel

it in Tyler’s voice. The lyrics are beautiful. I once heard the West Life

version but they took out all the life of the song...it was just a song. But Bonnie

Tyler---- it is life, it is the pain of love embodied...the way her voice

breaks down when she says “Total Eclipse of my heart, somewhere in my heart

something hurts.....I have to put his down as these are the lines I just love

the most

And I need

you now tonight

And I need you more than ever

And if youll only hold me tight

Well be holding on forever

And well only be making it right

Cause well never be wrong together

We can take it to the end of the line

Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time

I dont know what to do and Im always in the dark

Were living in a powder keg and giving off sparks

I really need you tonight

Forevers gonna start tonight

Forevers gonna start tonight
