Need improvement from Sales & Installation Quality. Review on Royal Oak, Bangalore

First visit to Royal Oak Hebbal road branch, booked 1 shoe rack. During sales I was committed for delivery date but was not informed that Royal oak has separate way or procedure for delivery of goods and installation. This is something quite unique from Godrej or Damro brand. Material came for delivery but was returned by me when I was informed separate team for installation will come. Contract for purchasing items is till erection of installation of goods. Royal Oak need to look into such different procedures. Luckily customer care took initiative to get both things done on next day inspite of being Sunday. Good job by customer care. However quality of installation or erection is not upto mark. People who came to install it looks to be in hurry. They never bothered to clean out dust from furniture once installed. They did not bother to clean out the small pkg plastic wrappers and simply dumped everything which is quite different from Damro & Godrej. Management should also look into post installation activities professionalism.
