People generally think that drinking energy drinks will give them a lots of energy to go for the day but what they don't know is that it's very very unhealthy. It takes quite a toll on your body.
An energy drink contains caffeine which is an addictive substance(more addictive than marijuana). So if you start drinking such energy drinks on regular basis, rest assured you'll get addicted.
Another unhealthy thing it contains is very high amount of(complex) sugar. Though it takes time to digest that complex sugar thereby giving you energy for longer duration, it puts a lots of pressure on your liver. Regular consumption might give you liver problems and digestion problems. Also such high quantity of sugar may lead to obesity, diabetes etc.
People having diabetes should NOT DRINK it or it may result in health problems.
Even if the unhealthy things doesn't keep you far away from it then the next thing to consider on not drinking it would be it's poor taste. Trust me guys it's taste is very poor. I couldn't tolerate it's taste for not more than 3 sips.
If you are really low on energy, rather drink natural and freshly squeezed juices to fulfil the energy shortage which will supply your body with lots of minerals and vitamins too.
