I bought this solar water heater from authorised racold dealer. With in 6 months the heater had gone. They charged Rs.2500 and in another 6 months the tanks started leaking. Made several calls to service center/ authorised dealer, no one is visiting. Almost 2 weeks are over not bothered to provide service. Very bad after sales service. I made a mistake buying from this product. Request everyone think 100 times before buying any racold systems. If u ready to throw away may be after 6 months of use, u can buy.
