My God! That is what I can exclaim on this Airlines. I had travelled Mum-Ams-Mum once. I felt that I should never travel in this Airlines again in my life. If I am lucky, I will never ever travel by NW.
We boarded the Flight @ 0530 IST and in another 30 minutes we had a full breakfast. I just dont know why they did it. After 3-4 hours, I was feeling hungry and I had asked for food. The Air Hostess gave me one with a strong dissent on her face. After that when they were serving the second regular meal, I was sleeping, and they never bothered me to wake me up to ask me if I need the food. I missed the food again. When I landed in AMS @ 1000 CET, I was extremely hungry. This is their stint of Hospitality.
About the Interiors, even the Interiors in State Run Transport in India is very much luxurious and spacious when compared to NW's. Seats are very narrow, cramped you are when you FIT in that, no legroom, no Aisle Space (Only one person can move in that space at a time), no proper Entertainment System etc., I had a terrible body pain for two days after I travelled in that Cramped Flight.
The Hostess will serve you with a Grin on his/her face whenever you ask for something. I am not sure, why they do that, after all they are the people who has to be nice to the Passengers.
They are low cost airlines with lesser fare, I believe. But, overall, their Service is horrible and even lesser than what they charge.
