Horrible staff and worst people. Review on Looking Good Furniture, Bangalore

Hi. I had bought sofa, dining set, a center table and a cot from koramangala branch of this looking good furniture. they had said that all the furniture is of good  quality and they give a gurantee for the borer and termite. but all that is all CRAP. the sofa started peeling off within 5 months. I spent allmost 28000 rs for that all lost. dining table was suppose to be teak as said , but it is all assam teak. a really 3rd grade teak available in the market I felt cheated . I came to know only when it started cracking and luckily it caught termite also after a week or so. and the worst part is the cot. which was making lot of noice while sleeping. I had bought all the furniture because my wife had given birth to a sweet baby girl.

Who was not able to sleep because of that crancky and horrible noice. I had sleepless nightas the baby would cry because of the disturbing sound . and when I complaint abt that to the shop there was no reply. the person name by naresh was there who attanded me, was also not like a mad dog. I tried reaching the owner of the shop. really smart guy to make u fool to loose all ur money. unlucky my luck ran away and I had to go out of india suddenly for company work. I sent my wife my to her home for a month. and when I returned back what I saw was  all my other furniture had  caught termite. all my wardrobes where having lot of holes over there were powder in most of the places in the house. including my kitchen and pooja temple.  I had collected some money for my daughter's 1st bithday. but now I have to redo all my house interior without  celebrating my baby dream birthday for me and wife. Feel like crying, but can't my baby is sleeping next to me.
