We bought Kent RO 3 months back within one month it started leaking some how we managed but 15 days before the equipment got defective &and it is not been replaced even after 15 days.


The first sign of Pathetic & third class service was shown when we complained to nearest person who installed it came to check it after sevral calls made for 3 days..


Afterall he came & checked & told equipment is to be replaced he took the defective equipment but never returned with new one....everyday we are calling but he is telling that it will be replaced today or tommorrow........Now situation is like he is not even picking the call..........so major Pathetic & non tolerable behavior on part of company is that


*-They dont have any helpline, any mail, contact number for greviences etc


-Product is so costly and service is not of a single rupee(we paid Rs 15000)




  • NO VALUE FOR MONEY




*If anyone from Kent is ready this let me clear this that due this type of service my family member got Sick and I am sure that I am going to take Legal Action on them... For users who are seeking this kind of product I must sugest u That DONT GO FOR IT THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I dont know which one is best but I belive this one is worst.
