Me and my wife had booked my tickets to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 4th July'14. I even checked in online before coming to the airport. I did not have printing facilities at home, I approached the counter to print the boarding card.
All that counter staff had to do is print the boarding card and there was no separate counter to fast track this printing. I had to wait my turn in general 'q' which took longer than expected. When my turn came after 10 min of standing, the staff refused to print boarding card as she is not able to see my wife at the counter. She just went to the rest room and was not there when our turn came. Worst part is counter staff did not explain all this to me and just chose to print my boarding pass alone. Funny part is that, the counter staff feels temporary absence of my wife is a security threat and refuses to print the boarding pass of already checked in customer. Anyway after my return, we had to stand in general 'Q' which again took 10 min time.
Overall very bad attitude of the airline staff and not ready to listen to customer. Too much ego. Staff damaging the reputation and image of the airline.
