This is the email and Whatsapp message I sent them, no reply :

What action you are taking for the 2 orders that are not still delivered. They were ordered on oct 16. Track record is showing they will be delivered on 27 when they will be useless. Bhaiya dooj is on 26.

I need my money back. It has happened in the past too. Don't expect any positive feedback from me. Write to me as soon as possible.

So disgusted and disappointed.
