I placed order on website from the USA 15 days back and till now my order has not been delivered fully. I got a confirmation email, that my order has been "fully" delivered and I was fully charged while in reality it was "partial" order delivered. I've tried contacting customer service repeatedly over last 4-5 days via phone and emails to take immediate corrective action but I get this message reply from customer service emails(" they have informed the concern team about the issue and that they are going to arrange the delivery of missing product asap") but nothing happens and no update and follow-up on reported issue. When I tried calling customer service desk, I get promise that they are going to look into the matter and take immediate action but again false promise, no follow-up and non-delivery of partial order.
This is the most pathetic service ever . I request people to be careful, read reviews before ordering.I made mistake of not checking reviews. .this is a complete disappointment. Along with service, quality of the Rakhi was also cheap& horrible.Overall it is a bad experience, terrible customer service and complete wastage of money.very disappointed.
"Based on my experience, I suggest never to use Indian gift portal .(IGP.com).This is the worst service provider
