I ordered a gift from IGP for dilwali for my in laws. Not being in the same country for dilwali with your loved ones is sad enough. I ordered like 2 days before Diwali. The delivery time was 3-5 business days. I wanted my order to be delivered on the dilwali day as a surprise. I emailed the IGP customer service and made a request to deliver my order on Diwali day. Not to mention as we all know this year Diwali was on Sunday. Not a business day+ a festival holiday but IGP went beyond my expectation and delivered my order on the Diwali day. I was very amazed and impressed with the service I received. I thank you all for working on a holiday to delivery my gift.
