This is the(3rd) last of the trilogy. When you finish it, you feel satisfied and happy. The issues - that were open since the 1st book - are resolved. It is complete.
The girl, who was so insignificant in the 1st book(where one almost starts wondering why the book was named after her at all!), becomes a giant of a character. In fact she becomes one of the most iconic fictional characters of all time. She almost shakes up the whole Swedish(where the story is based) government. A nobody who seems nothing better than a tramp becomes a larger than life character.
Anyone who picks up this book would have already finished the first two - and by the time you finish the second(which you would have read at twice the speed of the first!) would be itching to start the 3rd.
These 3 books are a fantastic achievement and its shame the author is dead. RIP Stieg Larsson.
