GTPL Broadband is the worst service provider in the world. They are charging for 10 Mbps plan and not getting even 2 Mbps as well. The customer service number is never working. No actions are taken for the complaints for many days. They don't have any technical staff to resolve the technical issues. Strongly suggested to go with other provider.
Even the nodal officer and the appellate authority is also taking interest in resolving the customer complaints. They always provide the standard copy/paste of the email reply.
