I ordered a flower wreath for a funereal service from their website on 9th March(2034813) and mentioned the delivery time at 1:00 to 2:00 pm. I didn't receive any calls upto 2.30 pm that day, hence I called-up their customer care and told them not to deliver anytime later than 3:00 pm since the funereal ceremony is about to finish. Still the delivery boy called me up 4 times on my mobile at around 3:40 pm to schedule the delivery which I didn't answer.
When I contacted the customer care later that evening, they told me the delivery boy couldn't reach me and that was the reason for not delivering the product. When I requested for reimbursement, they maintained the product is not reimbursable. Later next day the same customer care guy called and told me the flower's are delivered at 4:00 pm the previous day and they have the receipt of acknowledgement. I asked for them to email the receipt, but nothing came out.
Overall it was cumbersome dealing with these nasty guys. Considering the sensitivity of the product ordered, the kind of response given by this so called trusted company is utter nuisance. Probably they should rewrite the company tag line as flowers not on time or never. WTF!
