I ordered for flowers and chocolates for my dear brother and Bhabhi but the FNP team messed it up totally.
On their silver anniversary I was not able to send them anything. Despite having booked two days in advance. The time slot was arbitrarily changed by the FNP team.
After 1500 hrs when my brother left home to enjoy their special day, the delivery apparently happened and since the door was locked it could not be executed.
Icing on the cake is that when I wanted the delivery to be re-routed to my Mom's address which is 1 km away, I was charged extra and despite the charge the delivery will happen on the next day.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that atleast let the items I ordered reach home.
If you want to avoid being in such a situation, you know what not to do.
