I placed an order for a product on 2nd March and was shared 5th as the delivery date. I have been in touch with customer care to check about the progress of ny order and was assured that it will be delivered on 5th.Today, the courier delivery date shows by 6th. The occasion is today, the 5th, so what will I do by taking the delivery on 6th. When I connected with customer care, they first ilsaid it will be delivered on 5th.i told him to check the courier website. Then he said it can be delivered before or after 5th. The same automated robotic standard response. Prior to this , I had ordered cakes. On one occasion, they sent the cake without candle and a knife even after being committed. The 2nd cake was a local street cake which looked nowhere like the one I ordered. On complaining, I was supposed to get a full regund, instead got 250 back only. Amazingly, they somehow have managed to rate my order as 5 though I did not. So poor and appalling service.
