Completely let down by a very unprofessional service. On 13th December, 2016 I placed an order for a Romantic Bouquet & a Chocolate Truffle cake. I also paid extra for fixed time delivery & shipping charges. The delivery was going to be the perfect surprise on my sister & brother in law's 25th Anniversary.
Delivery was fixed for the 15th of December between 17:00 -18:00. The goods were never delivered! An absolute disappointment apart from being a breach of contract!
I have tried sending a letter via the Complaint Feedback on your site but it will not let me submit! I have also attempted sending you the same via a reply email, to one of your emails which was returned with a delivery failed status! I look forward to a full and prompt response.
