FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction

On march 8 I had ordered cake on women day thru order no 2022869 but not only the vendor used by them was unknown firm but the quality of cake too was pathetic. The cream used on the cake was bitter in taste and had so much colour that it was difficult to remove. Next I ordered flowers for my wife bday 2023347 on same day for 14 march. I also got their mail on 14 march stating that ur order will be delivered today between 11 to 5 pm.I waited for same till 6pm and on enquiringly I was told product is unavailable and hence we can't do anything.this is not the way to treat clients. The service and the management should apologies and compensate for the same.
