I purchase aqua reviva ro 6 years back . but now I am helpless for AMC service . first of all I complain about ro machine is not working on 20 aug 16. they took 10 days to visit . and visit time they ask for physical bill . I misplace my physical bill . I called regarding this to eureka cc.they try to convince service center but service center deny to do service .
these day every thing online but they do not have customer data . eureka is really big company but AMC service is pathetic
service center did not care about customer problem. this is my advise don't go for eureka.
