I own Eureka Forbes Aquaflo UV purifier since 5yrs. The service support in Hyderabad was good till 2007. Since 2008 till now the service support doesn't exist. While renewing the service contract they gave me no: 23300010 for service center.
Since I purchased this filter from showroom, they have different number for those products: 040-30687439/30687440. Both numbers are always busy. Somehow I was able to lodge a compliant and it was 5018 on 4th Feb.
No response for 1week, then they told me call this number: 040-30771805, give your details and the service guy will visit you same day. I called this number and gave details, no response since 1week. Finally called central helpdesk: 39883333mentioned on website eurekaforbes.com .
Here also there are two options "dial1 for direct purchase from sales guy" , "dial2 if purchased from showroom" . Here they gave me another complaint number: P17.13 and said it will be serviced within 48hrs and there will be no further delay- logged on 16/2/2009.
Till now no service done. Everyday you call the helpdesk and they console that it will be done today itself. This is happening since 1week. Whenever you call them they are surprised to know that the service is still pending.
There is no co-ordination between helpdesk in Bangalore and Hyderabad. If Eureka Forbes cannot service then they should stop selling products. Also, I need to know why they have separated service support for direct purchased and showroom purchased products.
I purchased this filter for Rs5500. Two yr service contract charge : Rs.1690. Service contract number: AG96B-12104177. If the service support in city like Hyderbad is non-existent, I wonder what is the state of service in other cities.
