I had requested nearly a month back for a maintenance service. Had raised a complaint # 72011183 2 weeks back. Still have not received any calls from their service tea.
Again another escalation call was made with complaint # 73023777. Still no action. The filtered water now tastes bad and I see that the water color has changed to some strange light greenish color. Looks like an issue with the purifier’s cartridge.
I have been calling them every week and they promise to come before end of day. The customer care-less people just blatantly lie about it and I have to reschedule my plans waiting for them to come. What they always say it this "the matter would be resolved in 24 hours".
I faced similar irresponsible and unresponsive behavior every time I ask for a service request.
Please avoid any product from Eureka Forbes because their service is pathetic, just pathetic!
