I'm thinking from where to start. from middle or end of my journey.its all painful.British culture is to serve their guest with please and provide them comfort.but this British Airways ground staff /baggage dept staff/front desk checking/ even terminal Shift manager at customer lounge all are pathetic and disgusting or worst and very poor customer care officer.
It was my worst trip on returning from Manchester- London- Delhi inter connecting from Heathrow to Delhi.first they delayed at MAN airport then there is no flight at London around 11PM at Heathrow to Delhi.then the real pain starts they even dont have arrangements to take care of all 55 passengers from London heathrow to various other locations.they don't provide lounge to us.even they haven't give any hotel accommodation to stay.we 05 people who were returning to Delhi .were slept at sitting bench for 06 hours at airport.they had provided only 10 pounds meals coupon for dinner only.thats it.
and when we complaint they had this is only we can do for economy class this time.very rude behaviour of ground staff officer, somebody had called police over there and one lady shouted on then as she has to reach on emergency seminar in which she was guest speaker.she felt very bad but even then they haven't nothing for her.
and when I returned to delhi I found they lost my baggage which contains my clothes/accessories/ and other valuables.I complaint them at delhi BA desk they said we will chasing this within 24 hours.but actually they took 05 days to find that baggage and I was worried taken follow up on daily basis to BA desk Delhi team.they chase and I found that due to unchanged of baggage tag they haven;t change it at london heathrow airport- such a careless/irresponsible BA baggage dept.
when I got my baggage, I found one bottle of Liquor gifted by my friend in Manchester got damaged which was around 30 pounds and 02 shirts worth 120 pounds also busted and faded by liquor bottle crash.they just only apologies.after that I had written them email to BA care they simply apologies.on that thats it.foolish -/uncaring clever shitt staff.
Even I had asked for compensation that I was slept at airport, hungry from one night, lost baggage for 05 days, valuables got damaged.taking follow up on daily basis.but they haven't provide single penny to understand my pain.I wrote several email to them.they want receipts of what I spent .I mean if I took mineral water bottle from airport snack bar then I would have to take receipts and give to them for reimbursement.I think its bull shitt.very disgusting.Apology is only word for them .I will got this email that I'm going to attached with this and ready to file a case against London Heathrow airport baggage deptt culprits and sue them for penalty.I had started a process of consumer grievances forum in district court. soon they will receive my legal notice in London.
Please do not trust BA Officers.I will not going to book BA flights again and stop recommending to even my friends and colleagues and write about them on all communication platforms.BA I will F*K your care deptt and that duty bloody officer will leave her job soon. Very poor BA.shame on you.!
