I was travelling b.a last summer from new york to mumbai.
firstly they messed up my food request for asian veg.
then they said that they had overbooked the flight from london
so I was forced to stay at the airport for one day because they refused to provide food and accomodation.
to top it they lost my baggage and I had to go to their office to collect it two days later.
also it was evident from the behaviour of the staff that the colonial hangover and racism are very much a part of the b.a culture.
