In India, people are still averse to online shopping due to concerns with respect to timely delivery, product quality, etc. With amazon, a buyer can be rest assured about these aspects. I recently bought a selfie stick from Amazon. However, it was defective during first use itself. The bluetooth shutter was not functioning properly & hence I was not able to capture photos using the stick.
I raised this issue to the seller & requested them to schedule a pick up for return package & process the refund for my order. They didn't schedule the pick up for a few days and hence I raised a refund claim with Amazon(as per Amazon policy, a refund claim can be raised within 30 days). My claim was approved & the refund was credited in my account within a week.
