I understand your ordeal and feel sorry for that. Yet, my point is you could have avoided by reaching some 20 -30 odd mins. earlier, lest one could miss the flt. And I am not judgemental either. Anyway.. Cheers !!. Rekha Joshi, Bangalore

1. It is the passengers fault to reach the Airport late and put the entire blame on Airlines; for not letting them fly on the scheduled flt. We should be careful and try to ensure that we reach the airport in time given the traffic situation in a city like Delhi. 2. It is again fault on the pa...rt of the Passengers for NOT having followed the ground staff who allegedly picked the ticket from them at the entrance gate; and what were they doing for 10 mins after handing over the ticket, when they claim they did not have any Check-in baggage, for scanning... Not worth the high price

Flight delays are not necessarily always due to Airlines. It is the ATC which controls the Air Traffic. For which Airlines cannot be blamed. *-* Rekha joshi.
