I received a reply from Snapdeal to my mouthshut post and all they have to say is 'Escalated'. If you read my original post (link below) from Jan 9th, I wrote in the first few lines itself about the kind of response Snapdeal provides without any real resolution. 'Escalated', 'forwarded to concerned ...department', 'please have patience' is all I have been hearing for what is about to be 2 months now. Also, as far as a response from Snapdeal is concerned, they have stopped responding to my email complaints completely. order ID 3623221888 - Received a damaged(read that as broken pieces like that of jigsaw puzzle) product with rusted screws and bolts. Returned it on 25th Nov. No refund yet. We should get interest from them now
