The refund for my order id 3826708310 is pending for more than a month now and you guys are giving lame excuses like wrong IFSC code for processing the refund. Looks like Snapdeal is cheating on customers.
Again Looks like you guys have no control over your suppliers. For a pigeon product ordered you guys deliver some optra product and that too MRP scratched because MRP was much lower than what was charged. The order id for the above complain is 4278327964
