After 5 months, they still haven't refund the amount. I've sent them all the required details multiple times, but they don't seem to bother. Today, again I've sent them the required details for the so called 'issuing a cheque' in my favor. Please pass on this information to whomsoever you know. same fate for me too. I've not been able to reach to their voice support yet as their IVR can't even recognize the key press on my cellphone. I asked my friend to try to reach to their voice support from his cellphone but still the same result. I'm so pissed off right now.
