I had placed an order(Order number: 30000074152) on January 31, 2012 for the item: U9780141014081 - The Complete Maus and had made the payment through credit card. The previous status of this item was "To be shipped" and the expected date of delivery was February 09, 2012 but today(Feb 09, 2012) while looking for the latest status on this item, I found that the shipment has been canceled, but the
purchase amount has not been credited back to my account.
Apart from this, It is extremely annoying that they do not even have a proper IVR (interactive voice response) system in place, because when I dial in to the number( 91 - 9876848888) mentioned on your website
(https://shopping.indiatimes.com/) for voice support, it does not respond to the key(1 for Hindi or 2 for English) which I press on my cellphone.
Their promise to keep me updated over SMS on my order was another lie. I'll never ever shop from them again. I have not been able to reach to their customer care because of the stupid IVR system they seem to have. I've informed them over mail about my concern and waiting for response.
Last words on shopping.indiatimes: Stay away from them, do not buy anything from them, no matter how tempting the price may seem.
