Boss it depends on u'r driving.Try to go in 4 th or 5 th gear as much as possible.Dfntly u 'll get.

just we can add oats to any breakfast.i tried to add it to puri.the puris wont flaten and stay firm.i added to idli dosas etc . result is good. try it u'r self.

i also tried swastik's and saffolas(imported oats from australia and packed in india) thee is no much difference in .
