@Rutuparna : We are not talking about exceptions here. Your case may be one such case. Look at other reviews of tata cars and you would know more or less users are saying the same thing. And about Pandit servicing, this was the first place where I was recommended replacing an AC air filter which c...ould have been cleaned in 2 mins.
